I started working at the Barron Area Montessori School as an assistant teacher in 2008. I loved the program and the Montessori Method so much, I decided to take a year off to complete the AMI Primary Training at the Montessori Training Center of Minnesota in St. Paul. When I graduated from MTCM in 2012, I started working on my Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Early Childhood Studies at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, which I completed in 2016. I also have my Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from WITC-New Richmond. 

I recently moved to Almena from Prairie Farm with my Miniature Dachshund, Levi. In my spare time, I like reading, going for walks, cooking, watching movies, and spend time with my family and friends.
