A Statement of the Board's Overall Direction
We believe that children are the #1 priority of the Barron Area School District. Limited resources will be directed to improving academic achievement so that all students achieve to their full potential in a safe and secure environment.
Our district will value and embrace diversity, celebrate student accomplishments, prioritize resources to allow for individuals student instruction and curriculum modification, and provide educational, social, recreational and personal development based on individual interests and aptitudes.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Public notice is hereby given that some members of the Board of Education may occasionally attend social events, conferences, conventions or district-sponsored athletic events and activities in support of the staff and students of the school district. The Board of Education will not conduct any governmental business during these events.
